Not really, there’s plenty of good non-targeting monster removal and summon/effect negation. Also, with 2600 attack and being a level 8 DARK, not allot of stuff can search it out except “magical contract door.”

Also, shuffling all cards in the hand, field, graveyard, and banish zone back into the deck can help your opponent out allot. If this card was released I don’t see many people using it.
