If I would make something starring Daring Do, I WOULD have her be afraid of spiders, but she’d still face it head-on. You know, she’d be like “Yikes!” in one second, but then she’d still trudge through. It makes her look a little better that way.

Daring having a fear of spiders is unexpected, but understandable. After all, it’s one of the most well known fears in, like ever. Right next to clowns, rats, and the dark.

A Tale For The Ages - Celebrated MLP's 35th Anniversary and FiM's 8th Anniversary

I love the partnership with Daring Do and Fluttershy. The fact that Daring was going through arachnophobia and pairing with a semi-afraid but very kind light-yellow pegasus like FLuttershy is just what I love about this comic. Really wish we had more of this outside of the IDW comics.
