What’s especially strange here is that OP used non-ASCII Unicode alternate characters to create tags that looked like the normal counterparts, but would actually be different in the system (so ‘ＦＬＵＴＴＥＲＢＵＳＥ’ vs ‘FLUTTERABUSE’). This might be the first time I’ve seen someone use homographs like this outside of articles and IDN attacks.

I’m so tired of people who spam Derpi with screenshots of Smile HD because they think it’s edgy and don’t even have the decency to tag them.
Fat lot of good it does to demand people use filters when they don’t even tag the shit they upload.
TAGS! Use them.

If you’re going to keep uploading these, start tagging the artist and stop making up tags that don’t exist.
