(no this is not steampunk)Idea behind it;I like to imagine doctor whooves as Doctor who (as many others).
So I drew this drawing with the doctor and rose in the background.
The idea behind the drawing is that the doctor goes to this future with rose. Probably to solwe something. At the meantime they got to stay low. So I thought (hey, maybe the doctor made a work shop) but that he sadly started to miss derpy… So he found some stuff here and there, and put togheter this machine… But no matter what, derpy is derpy, and her love for muffins will always be there (and the whole making everything a mess, at times…. We still love you derpy XD)
Time; probably took me 3 days, 72 hours.

S’true, yo. There’s a lot of great fan art that makes me proud of the fandom.
This one here’s a favorite of mine. The little details like the hexagonal patterning in her wing webbing, the hydraulic(?) fluid running through her tubes, and the pressure gauge on her shoulder/pauldron really make the image pop to life.
Really guys, I’m not trying to be sappy here or glorify ponies, but look at this picture for more than a few seconds and really admire it. I couldn’t make even a single gear of this artwork and here it stands all complete and super polished.
Often times I scroll through images, favorite, and move on. Not this one. This one truly makes me appreciate the level of talent the show, and indeed, this fandom has inspired. Very well done.
Be that as it may, not many military generals are clever enough to predict a need to weaponize muffins.
