I wasn’t aware of the nerf, as when I played it on all three platforms (PS2, Xbox, and PC) way back when, it was obnoxious, with the Xbox version being the least frustrating on account of betting controls (IMHO)

My version on the PS2 has it so you always lose fuel no matter what. Later versions nerfed it so you only lose fuel when you press accelerate.
Yeah controlling that plane is nightmare especially it has a limited fuel.

The trick is, don’t hold down the button to accelerate the plane It wastes more fuel. Just let it glide in the air. Only accelerate when you need to. It makes the mission a little less difficult.
i got pissed off when i found about that but im glad there optional that rc plane one is the worst one out of the three
