Well, nudity is a common turn-on because we don’t often see people naked. (At least for me) So, in a place where clothes aren’t an issue and everyone’s junk is exposed, nudity probably doesn’t do anything for anyone who sees it all the time.
 
Thus, sexy garments like garters, stockings and other things to draw attention to certain body parts would probably a go-to for any pony who wanted to seduce another. Because it’s not something someone is exposed to often, that would be more of a turn-on than just simple nudity.

Perhaps, Equestrians, due to the relative inability to hide arousal, would have to be more comfortable with thier sexuality than we would.

Which makes me wonder what happens when the foals’ hormones start kicking in. Do we have colts randomly popping boners all over the place? Because that sounds entertaining.
 
Also, if nudity is normal, would that make things like lingerie high in demand? Rarity would make a killing.

I agree, but because Equestria is essentially a nudist society, they would probably have acclimated to seeing eachothers bits.  
Though this would still be really, incredibly suggestive.
