What doesn’t fit is Fluttershy basically excusing Dash’s horrible behavior. I can’t see her saying “Don’t worry about it Dash” when Scootaloo has just run away crying because of teasing. Fluttershy might not blast Dash, but I can definitely imagine some kind of negative reaction from her.

Well, considering that Dash didn’t show up since, it show she didn’t give two fucks about the incident and Scootaloo. Rightfully so!
 
Maybe she even laughed a bit more…

@ the Scout fan, because she’s incontinent because she had an accident with her scooter that severed some nerves or something medically plausible that would cause incontinence. Also, because it’s cute.
