What annoys me is that people mangle this quote to make it sound like he said “being an adult means to put away ‘childish’ things like cartoons or video games”, when he said the exact opposite.

I already got used to people drawing it unrealistically and settled for enjoying it if the quality is good and the vore itself is fatal. In over five years I’ve seen maybe one or two pictures with teeth marks on the prey and around 30 or so with proper digestion. Hard vore and good cooking vore is about just as rare. There are exceptions of course but generally people who like their vore realistic indeed find themselves in a sort of predicament :/
That’s kind of why I tend to dislike vore (except for unbirth in specific circumstances). I like my porn to be somewhat realistic, so when it doesn’t make sense it usually turns me off.
And not the lack of air or absence of light question? People don’t like realistic vore for whatever reason.

Also, kind of agree with Quibble on the whole teeth deal. Too few artists draw scratches, noches and other sorts of at least cosmetic damage in this sort of situations.
