who’s the leader of the group though? probably dimentio. i mean he has the power to travel to DIFFERENT DIMENSIONS!!! plus mephiles actually is more chaotic than discord. mephiles is the dark side of the ultimate chaos being and ultimate life form of SHADOW THE HEDGEHOG!!! he can multiply himself into a whole army if he wanted to!

If it were Discord saying all that in a situation that mirrored Twilight’s awakening of the Elements of Harmony, with himself as the Element of Chaos, don’t you think that might fit?

Monokuma. As the symbol of the worst, most horrifying tragedy in human history and the host to a competition born of countless atrocities, he represents the Element of Despair.
 
Bill Cipher. Through use of the Nightmare Realm, he toyed with, twisted and tormented all those curious enough to seek him out, ultimately succeeding in bringing about Weirdmageddon. He has earned the Element of Deceit.
 
Dimentio. Through his service to the nihilistic Count Bleck and company, he sowed conflict between them and the Four Heroes of Prophesy, ultimately betraying both sides in order to remake the universe. His is the Element of Treachery.
 
Mephiles. The Dark hedgehog who would be stopped by nothing in his desire for ultimate power, heedless of what he took from anyone who might stand in the way of his quest, is the Element of Greed.
 
Flowey. Though merely a soulless plant from a world of monsters, he saw all those around him as meaningless lines of dialogue and packs of code to be swept away when he became a god. He fits the Element of Apathy.
 
The damage each of them have done on each of their respective worlds goes beyond the definition of mere villainy to grasp at the very force that tears all things asunder: CHAOS!

And then Discord and Asriel pull Heel-Face Turns to take down the other two.

… Needs more Demon’s Souls/Dark Souls/Bloodborne!

So umm…elements of Chaos? I can think of Monokuma being element of despair though not sure of the others.
