Them’s the tagging guidelines, for better or worse.
 
That “implied” is a little unclear. There’s IMO a difference between just having happened, and currently happening, but “implied” covers both. But as the guidelines say better to err on the side of caution (initially).
 
(That said: just happened + everybody basking in afterglow + covered in sexy secretions? Explicit.)
