Description
This one is almost a coherent story. That wasn’t even intended until I started in on the third one.It’s a damn slow day at work. I’ve been doing nothing but checking renders, doodling this and binge-watching Game of Thrones, trying to catch up. It’s a weird combo.

…I’m sorry. I’m currently lost in my imagination of Luna going around saying “Aaaaappaloosa!”
Maybe Luna is part Appaloosa (as in the horse breed with spotted coats).
It’s still trippy as hell to me that the black part of her cutie mark had nothing to do with her cutie mark.

I suppose it’s not really obvious here. The two older kids, in that last image, are still very young. Young enough that they still don’t know that babies don’t happen from just kissing.
So the current mental timeline I got going is like this: They marry soon-ish, so Twi is still in her early twenties. A couple years later, they adopted the boy. So, Twi would be in her mid twenties. Around a year later, Twi figures out the spell that would them to conceive and Twi has the older girl. A few years later, Luna has the little freckle nerd. So, in the last image, the boy is 7-ish, the older girl is ~3-4 and the littlest is a newborn.
Right. Because if it’s a teenage-ish child whom Luna’s scolding in the bottom right panel, then Twilight being barely 30 doesn’t add up.
Unless she had just started lying about her age… :B
Assuming that Equestria ponies age the same rate humans do, Luna and Twilight could have hooked up when she was 20, had a foal at 21-ish (Such a beautiful word -ish is!), he grows about three or four years, they have another and he connotates that special kiss to new siblings, and his sister gets the lesson that kissing makes babies six years later.
All based on assumption of course.

In the regular story, not these sketchdumps, she’s the same age she is in the show. I’m guessing that’s early twenties. Kids take time, though, so she’s a whole bunch of different ages in this particular sketch dump.
