Lassos typically have one loop. Two, and a relatively short rope on the other end (too short to cast out) makes it look like somepony’s gonna die, and the lack of slack implies it won’t be quick. The question is, who, and why? Xp

I’m kind of sorry >.<

It’s a very good and skillfully done drawing, though.
