Well I remember either a staff member or a Faust stating that we don’t see Scootaloo’s parents because they’re always busy. They never have had or will the intent of Scoot’s being an orphan.

Scootaloo on the otherhand we have absolutely no info parent wise on, dead or otherwise.

So it’s official, Dash is now the only Mane Six with absolutely nothing stated or otherwise about her family. All we saw was her on the back of a male rainbow pony, not stated how they were related to her. AJ at least has verbally talked about her parents in passing mention once or twice to Apple Bloom.
