Standard doesn’t have Old murkeye, So that’s 10 damage off of the first wave. (22 damage in wild, 12 in standard). It still sees a significant amount of play in wild, although the meta is in shambles as there isn’t much to net-deck any more what with the pros being forced into standard for blizz points.
Haven’t seen that recently being played in standard, so maybe it’s no longer that viable.

Not really just stack draws and discards,
No other cards seems a bit ambiguous, usually it says in hand or deck. None at all would put this as a fatigue = win card.
What is “no other cards”?
If you manage to empty your hand, and your deck … still being alive … then you’re quite skilled
