I love accidents and am usually less so into the desperation. Why aren’t there more ponies forgetting they have to pee and then getting startled and wetting themselves?

Well, in my case, It’s not so much the wetting part I enjoy, I certainly get much more excited by the desperation part. Although that’s not very common, sometimes I prefer skipping the wetting part, because what I truly enjoyis seeing her desperate, crossing her legs, bouncing, whatever she does to hold in her pee, specially if it’s for a long time.

I’m kinda the same. If I see a girl peeing herself and enjoying it I find it really hot, but if they are upset by it then I feel bad for them.

Sometimes omorashi can be a little too intense for me, because I want the character to have a somewhat playful relationship with their own pee mishaps and not be oh so emotionally burdened. I suppose this is a happy middle ground and will get my like but not my fav. Favs being saved for ponies who are at least partially sexually enticed by their accidents.
 
In short I’m very aroused when girls can’t control their pee, but if it’s going to hurt them emotionally too much I might get an empathetic hardon, but I’m not going to have a lot of fun pleasuring myself to it. Still this is a nice middle.
