I thought that Toki made the Celestia suit, since he’s the one who wears it.
You mean GirlieGinger//Rimle (who is in fact not female but a ladyboy) and they are done by neither, each japanese suiter makes their suit on their own but toki helps when needed and published his suit patterns to DA.
Hilarious fact: modern Imperial is defined through Metric. Metric changes, Imperial will change to match.

Most suiters I know from EU can get higher quality imported from US without breaking the bank.
I believe most of the suits in EU come from germany, Europe furry central suiters there must have plenty of experience in creating fursuits.
Japanese pony suits are made by the guy in the Celestia suit and a girl in a Rarity suit who learned from the guy in the Celestia suit. Forgot who the are.
