That’s really serious? I mean,I am not an atlethe or anything,but it has been a while,I’ve been feeling really sharp and intense chest pain (and sometimes shortness of breath)after some physical or emotional pressure.

Those games do rely on a certain fitness level, but many of them are based on skill, not raw intensity, and many of the players are at rest for much of the gameplay.
 
The greatest risks are to marathon runners, bicyclists, or other racers, but there are conflicting studies. A few point out that many of the deaths cited are due to existing but undetected cardiovascular problems.
 
Those deaths are due to athletes pushing themselves too hard and ignoring warning signs like faintness, dizzy spells, or straight-up chest pain; Rainbow Dash is pretty much defined by pushing herself much too hard and covering up “weakness” so she would be a considerable risk. =/
