I just don’t think that Applejack makes a good Supermare, Twilight and Rainbow work fine for me as Supermare though. They’ve also both got dead parents, although Jor-El and… um… did they ever name Superman’s biological mom? Jor-El and Mrs.-El are dead because the whole planet died, something AJ was spared.
She lives on a farm, was taught to be honest and have strong morals, she is also the strongest of the main six, she also went to the big city to find her place.

I don’t think Woozy would be necessary, character-wise, if Plas is part of a bigger team.
