To be fair, as I pointed out belloe (eight months ago XD - time sure moves fast), all of the characters have exagerated characters in this comic, as part of the more comical nature.
A bit (at least) sad thing is though, that it seems this fan manga was discontinued from what it seems…:(

If this is going for a Japanese ecchi thing, then the blonde American girl is synonymous with large tits
Because she has HUGE TRACTS OF LAND! Though really, I more often see Fluttershy being the one that’s given the largest breasts.
