yes you can copyright a color, look at the T-mobile pink its actuel listed as a copyrighted color, and you can get in trouble if you use that specefic color.
also car colors with certain names can be bought by license, if you mix them by urself you can get in trouble.
certain colors on phones and tablets are problematic
its a design after all, and a design can be licensed, or copyrighted

I have no idea what exact colour that is. It’s literally one of the colours Apple uses in it’s iPhone Rosegold version.
Looks more like brown/beige. Or it’s just a lighting?
