The main problem I have with drawing art for MLP is there aren’t any main characters that are species I am accustomed to drawing, so I am forced to rely on the terrifying flora and fauna of Equestria instead.
Here is the first of several sketches I drew in a frenzy of creativity early this morning: Philomena.
I’m going to stagger them out over the next couple of days because that was exhausting and I need to sleep right now.

Working with lined paper is actually easier for me; it helps with things like scale and proportion.
