I don’t want to argue, but this artist’s other stuff isn’t fetish-related, just has scootaloo wearing a diaper because her bladder won’t work anymore.
 
So, not diaper fetish, probably just a bit of a complex that she has.
 
But that’s just my opinion, this artist has very few images so if you don’t like this you can filter him.

Given some of Pinkie’s childlike tendencies and her apparent issues with bladder control, this makes more sense than most would like to admit.

I just feel that she has a bit of a aiadonis(?) complex here or that this is her way of dealing with her insecurities.
