So many people’ve suggested someone moving into the giant castle that seems to grow bigger over time.
There’s space for at least a few more ponies, and Pinkie does seem a good pick - heck, she’s probably the only one who doesn’t benefit (much) from her current home (possibly excepting Rainbow, but she’s got the coolest house of everyone. And her house also seems to grow, but at least in that case it could just be that clouds aren’t a very permanent building material, so she sometimes has it rebuilt differently when repairs are needed)
