Why isn’t there a twiabetes tag? Because I recall some degenerate adding a diabetes tag for each of the mane six and CMC to an upload that featured the mane six, the CMC, and Spike. You want a diabetes tag for any other character, you add it.
Her face looks weird.
Personally I like the floaties there. I wonder if Twilight Velvet inflated them for her daughter and didn’t get a pair for baby Spike? Huh.
And they actually are water wings because there’s a wing on the actual floaty. So yeah, literal water wings.

Yes, someone improperly tagged the image as drama, when the drama is in the comments. You should be able to see it now.
“drama”, “drama in comments” on one of them perhaps?
Huh… I’m only seeing two, but it’s marked “3.” Is there any reason why it wouldn’t show up with the Default filter?
If you click that spoiler:comic40 tag you should see all three covers.
