It’s hard to tell exactly by Twilght’s map, but it looked like the family farm area was part of the land controlled by Sombra. That would be a big incentive for the Pie sisters to fight. I could see Marble doing farm or factory work and caring for her parents. Limestone would be on the front lines.

In the Crystal War timeline, Limestone would probably be staying on the farm with her parents, helping them run it (doing whatever a rock farm is supposed to do to support the war effort–that right there is fanfic material). I can’t picture Marble Pie either being in the military or helping much on the farm; my grimdark side suggests that she wouldn’t have survived the violence and privation.
I want to see this soooooooooo badly, because I really think Lime would look spectacular in the outfits Pinkie and Maud wore in that timeline ._.
