It is her castle, she can sit where she wants.
I don’t recall seeing it on any of the previous maps, and it seems like a little much to add it in there if it won’t be featured in a future storyline.
Yeah. I thought the same thing. Twilight is just scary in general. But, adorable a the same time.

id say since they returned to Ponyville after the premier, she has spent the whole season preparing for every possible situation for when she would be called by the map. and only now does she get the chance to pull it all out.
