Not really. S1 Luna was much lighter, the size of a normal mare (and as such, bigger than a filly but nowhere near this much; she looked like a child compared to Tia.) and a mane that isn’t blending into the clouds to the degree that maybe it’s what they’re actually surrounded by.

There’s more to the differences than just sparkles in the hair.
