Also, you spelled your card wrong. It should say “take ontrol of AN enemy minion.”
 
Another reason why it’s OP. The effect take a target, not a random one. The card that you based yours on is a MYTHIC and it’s two RANDOM minions that are killed.
 
There’s LIGHT YEARS of difference between the two.

Not only it’s 6 mana, but taking control of a minion is WAY more powerful than just destroying it.
 
Also, there’s a base card in Demoniste (I play in french) that only cost ONE to deal 4 damage, discard a random card. If you don’t have any card in hand, the spell can still be played without any penalty.
 
The normal control magic is a “healer” card and cost 10. Not only your card is not of healer class ,but it cost only half with a very low drawback. Also, BASE card? WTF? The only thing that would balance this card is a LEGENDARY status. Just a little orange diamond in the center will make it OK.

But the effect doesn’t activate. Not properly. It just damages the enemy hero rather than damaging enemy hero OR minion. Therefore a card being wasted.

Correction: Fist of Jaraxxus triggers when it gets involuntarily discarded. Nevertheless, it’s still not assumed that you MUST discard cards for this to work. The text must specify that.

Yes, but Fist of Jaraxx forces you to discard THAT card, which is mechanically identical to playing it. There’s no spell that states you MUST discard ANOTHER card for the effect to work. If this is a condition of the effect, it needs to be specified in the text. Otherwise, it works like other discard effects which are null if your hand is empty.

That’s only minions, like Succubus and Doomguard. Spells cards is a MUST, like Fist of Jaraxxus. Although it said I can activate or discard it from my hand to deal damage to either minions or hero, however in order to harm enemy minions, I need to discard it.

WAAAAY to broken. Because in that game, if you don’t have the cards to discard, it’s fine.
