oh look he lived c:
Well its not going to show up in the Oxford dictionary. Have wikipedia and wikifur backups if you’re still seriously refusing to take the word of people who are deeply involved with the fetish that it can mean way more than just being swallowed.
Did you really just use Urban Dictionary for evidence? That’s is probably the worst place you could look to find evidence to support your point.
I suspected that you might be the artist but after checking your profile and seeing only uploads of this stuff and no affiliated artist tags decided to give it a shot XD
Oh well, if he lives then these tags are indeed unnecessary. Though you might need an “assimilation” or whatever tag to tell what exactly is happening here because folks are going to assume it is the usual melting digestion.
No, he’s not dead.
so is he dead or not? =o
The reason why this is NOT fatal and implied death is because that should be made clear in the following image. Thus death is NOT implied. Also, re: your comment about the artist not mentioning it anywhere, I’m the artist. I’m mentioning it here, and that’s what the commission specified.
@Keith Mowz
If that’s the general consensus, then fair enough. But there are a few others that someone is going to have to fix as well.
I can only assume the third example was marked as such because it was implied by the dialogue to not be the first victim.
Then there is the “absorption” tag which you DIDN’T use. Also, I see no reason why this is absorption with prey getting to live instead of implied death by melting digestion. The artist didn’t mention it anywhere and death is the default conclusion unless explicitly stated otherwise.
I get that this is your upload but it still MUST follow site rules and you can’t slap or remove tags on it just because you want to do so.
@Keith Mowz
Glad we are on the same page here! =)
Actually the first two are debatable, since it could be post-digestion chubbiness. But the third definitely not.
Except that is the general consensus of what vore is on the site, hence why the tag doesn’t specify how they’re consumed. Someone sitting inside of a stomach is still vore. The only way to be after vore (post vore) would be once the prey has been released, digested, excreted, etc.
Basically, your examples are mistagged and I’mma go fix them now.
I think you misunderstand. He’s using ‘post’ in the sense of meaning ‘after’, and opining that vore is the act of eating, not necessarily including the bits that come after. And I tend to agree, since there’s non-fatal vore where the prey isn’t digested. So digestion is not necessarily a part of vore.
There are in fact images on this site tagged ‘post-vore’ that show a prey still inside of the pred, be they in varying states of digestion or as yet unharmed. Here’s three random ones that I found with a casual search.

As for your final point, firstly I don’t consider reformation to be truely fatal, since the prey isn’t really dead. And secondly, this isn’t reformation, or fatal. If you must now, the final picture shows it as something closer to assimilation, with both parties melding into a single entity.
I get that you have your own opinions on what these things all mean, but so do I, and others share those opinions. It’s not nice to try and make me abide by your definition of a thing, without any real evidence that yours is the right one.
This is silly. If I post 2 versions of the same picture, will the second one get the “post-something” tag too?
@DoesNotExist
It was never used like this here and let’s not start doing it. When I proposed to add “cooking vore” tag like most other sites do everyone was against it, so why should we use post-vore tag if vore is still going on? Or do you consider vore as only the swallowing process and this is not vore? The definition in Urban Dictionary says vore is “a fantasy of being eaten or consumed by other beings”. It doesn’t say “swallowed-only” and in my mind, eaten also involves whatever happens inside, so let’s keep to traditions (since folks love their traditions) and keep it at that.
Perhaps it’s post vore because this is after (post) the char has been eaten (vore).
You should check the post-vore tag on Eka’s then, where there are scenes of disposal, scenes mid-digestion, and scenes with characters still alive and well inside of a pred.
Also,
@Background Pony #A94C
I’m pretty sure you and I did this before numerous times. If you are the same person I think you are, mods already warned you about being banned for this sort of behavior. I’m not going to report you just because I don’t have the mood for it and technically the only thing you do wrong is spamming the entire site with the same repetitive nonsense, which is still a violation of rule #0.
THANK YOU! XD
You, or someone like you, has said this before. You’re forgetting that this is set in a world where magic can literally make you change size or species, where wolves made of animate wood can reassemble and fuse themselves. This is all ignoring the fact that we’re making a pony somehow stretch wide enough to eat another of the same size whole. I think we’re well past the point of real world logic here.
still, how can he survive this? or any of the ponies he ate? its not logical for them to return
how am I a troll? and why do you care?
just ignore this BP, I think it’s the same one who always asks about a character permanently being dead.
pretty sure it’s jsut a troll.
Nah, I don’t buy into the whole “permanently killing off characters” bullshit. Plus, it isn’t permanent even within the scenario.
