Well, to be sincere, your ship is kinda crazy. This site is not fond (or was, idk) to that kind of ships, specially with other non-pony characters, like Mordecai and Tomas the Tank Engine. There are some exceptions, SpiderTwi make it work so well due the popular fics and high quality art and porn art. Let’s be frank here, porn art always wins.
 
Yeah, maybe your ship had problems in the past, but if you have noticed, other pairings have worked and been accepted well, like RD and Sonic. Of course, SonicDash art here are mostly non-shipping material.

It is my first otp in a fandom. I didn’t care about ships beforehand and thought they were a waste of time. It is only when I read this one fanfic where the two are together. I’ve been promoting them in DA because it was very minuscule at the time of late 2012. Yes, I am also aware of the other ships with Twilight. I’ve spoken with representatives and figures for a neutral standing and avoid a ship war.
 
Even I have to admit. It is kinda strange how I’ve grown from being indifferent to shipping to being a ship commander. ^^;

Also, it is really sad how most people on this site react to the two franchises crossing over, it’s a shame really, but what can we do, honestly ?

I can’t draw. I pay others to draw fanart for me in commissions. And I forbid my commissions from being submitted to derpibooru.
 
As for what can we do? This is the topic I had asked in my main group in DA. My solution: the crossover becomes its own fandom. If Pro-Sonic and Pro-MLP fans mutually oppose the crossover, crossover fans look out for each other and become their own fandom.

Well maybe is wrong, but at least I take the time to find the artist name and link their art blogs. If they wanted to take the art down, they could have message the mods. The pic that I erroneously posted of you was the first time I saw your “Do Not” message by the way.
 
Also, that fic? You mean that one where Shadow travels to the MLP universe and in the end fights Discord by turning into Hyper Shadow? Because I read that one long time ago. Damn, I thought that fic was commissioned by you lol, or that you were the author. That’s how I discovered your DA page and other SonicMLP groups!

Yes, I was the one who said that and took it down. I think it was the one with Tails and Fluttershy talking about how they haven’t done much in their recent depiction of Forces and the Movie.
 
That was a friend’s fanfic, who moved on to focusing his fandom on Pokémon. He is one of the few who inspired me to formalize ShadTwi, albeit unintentional on his part. I am the author of the, “Eggman Empire of Equestria,” which I haven’t updated for a year due to work.

I havent posted it anywhere. Its just doodles in a handbook, and are mostly “Off-Panel-like” comics.

My theory about the current incarnation of Classic Sonic is similar to the multiversal theory that the Dragon Ball franchise has.
 
Classic Sonic IS from Modern Sonic’s past. However, the time travel created a separate universe/dimension that this incarnation is now part of when he went back to his own time. HOWEVER, the Phantom Ruby simply used dimensional travel to bring this Classic Sonic to Modern Sonic’s dimension. Thus, he is simultaneously from the past AND another universe, but the Phantom Ruby didn’t create yet another timeline/universe.

I always thought the Badnik robotization was a disturbing process for the animals, with death rays or desmaterialization but according to this scene of Lost Worlds, the little animals are just put inside like some kind of cartoonish factory.

Chances are they were making it based on how a Genesis Sonic game would have done it, since LW is nostalgia heavy, would make sense that little critters are just put into robots. After all, they fly/run out when the robot gets jumped on, so this kind of makes sense

I think it varies depending on the source material. In Sonic Satam and Sonic underground, it’s treated more like a near permanent brainwashing.
