I started a new tag for G5’s original, scrapped 2D TV show: my little pony g5 2d show (boulder media)
It’s commonly mistaken for Tell Your Tale but it’s not - TYT uses a low-budget imitation of its art style and is a completely different format. This was planned as a traditional 2D TV series similar to FiM.
Boulder Media worked on it for 8 months in 2019 in parallel to the movie before it was placed “on hold” and never picked up again. Some concept art is floating around for it and I tagged what I could find. The artists who worked on it call it various things - it doesn’t have any official name.
It’ll need to imply g5, would benefit from some aliases (boulder media 2d g5 show? scrapped g5 show? open to ideas), could possibly use a better name, and the tag should also be set as an “official content”-type tag.

Also requesting ang be made an alias for the G5 movie’s tag.
“ANG” is a common abbreviation for this movie that’s super-easy to type, like mym and tyt for those shows. There’s only one image with that tag right now that looks very safe to remove it from (>>857469) - this would be a much better use of it.

spoiler:tyts02e35 should imply spirit of adventure which itself should get the “official content” treatment. Its description could state that it’s one of TYT’s canceled episodes. Both tags should also get the g5 and my little pony: tell your tale implications.
There’s also spoiler:tyts02e29 which can get the implications but I’m not sure we have an episode title to link that one to.

Note: There’s some tumultuous corporate history behind some of the above, which are or were once owned by Hasbro, getting renamed, merged, split up, etc. throughout Hasbro’s history. How to best reflect that in the tagging implications is outside this post’s scope but can/should be given some thought.
