Just to make it clear, you don’t mean images by ai composition tag should be necessary made from more than one AI generated picture? Because from tag description it seemed like one single generated picture with significant part of manual editing is fine too, isn’t it?

This is probably fine too, as well, but determining which “significant part” will be enough is kinda hard to put in words.

I feel like these aren’t comparable to AI anatomy fails because these can very well be deliberate choices an artist made and for completely understandable reasons.
If it completely deliberate with human made illustrations, then it’d be fine. But it has to be a conscious “breaking of the rules” and not something that happens because they don’t know any better yet.
Granted, no one is ever good at anything when starting, but it’s best to get familiar with how things should be before heavily stylizing, so those changes both make sense and more importantly are consistent.

Question regarding the rules: is it permitted to post human-drawn art on tantabus.ai?
I’ll probably use that site more than derpibooru in future because AI-drawn art tends to be far higher quality than human-drawn so there’s much less low quality stuff to wade through, but hypothetically in the event of someone drawing art to a high enough quality that it could be mistaken for AI, can it be posted on Tantabus?

I think if someone’s ultimate goal is to learn how to draw, AI will do nothing for them because using it is not drawing.
Generating images is not drawing of course, but it can provide auxiliary resources for training.
I wonder about the validity of this. Not having any skill at all at drawing myself, I can’t speak from experience, but I have noticed that in past times many artists posted “sketch dumps” and “works in progress”, and you could see their skills improve over time. Now you don’t see those kind of posts often, if at all. I do wonder if nascent artists now find it less effort to just create AI images rather than develop their skills in artistry.

Question regarding the rules: is it permitted to post human-drawn art on tantabus.ai?
According to that site’s rule #3:
Tantabus is intended for images made by AI or with AI as a major tool, with content focused on MLP and its surrounding community. Images not made by or with AI should have a clear relation to the topic, or one’s workflow. For example, a guide on how to use a tool, or a sketch to be used for a controlnet image.
So, no.

My own personal take, AI doesn’t belong on this site. It’s discouraging to artists to spend hours on a piece, only for it to be pushed off the front page by a half dozen slop that took 10 seconds to generate at most, or taken up the whole trending tab. Artists who take years to develop their skills and you wonder why it makes them not want to post their art. Standards SHOULD be in place. We’re not deviantart. This should be an art community first, archive second. For many this is a passion and their career. Why wouldn’t they get upset over quick generations pushing their art away?

For what it’s worth, it’s only like 3 people who’ve been talking in Russian on the last couple of pages, it seems to have been a fairly in-depth conversation
This fandom has quite a lot of Russian & Russian-speaking members though. English may be the dominant language, but there’s plenty of Russian around. You might find it handy getting a translator plugin for your web browser.
Personally I’ve taken to picking up some Russian for the sake of supplementing translator programs so I can understand the Russians in the fandom.
