Another month, another battle to find the government. Deadline is this Friday and of course the orange bastard has piped up to tell his stooges to not pass the bill.

Edit: Oh and now Musk is calling for it to be shot down. He doesn’t want the funding bill to pass at all, but he especially wants the provisions to provide pay and bailouts to the military and farmers to not be a part of the bill at all…you know, the hardest workers who serve as the backbone of the country? Who voted overwhelmingly for Trump?
Not only that but he says no bills whatsoever should get passed until Trump takes off…33 days from now.

Correction, they seem to have successfully killed the bill, and Elon did much of the work simply by jumping on Xitter and posting misinformation about it, threatening Republican supporters of it, and siccing his online army on them. He’s proclaiming victory over it by tweeting “VOX POPULI, VOX DEI.”

The devices are often hobby racing drones that costs hundreds, instead of thousands, of dollars.

When Trump takes over? It’s all but guaranteed that many will happen under his term. The last time he oversaw the most/almost the most shutdowns in history, and the longest and by far most expensive shutdown ever. One that only ended when Democrats took back control of the House no less.
As for the one set to happen this Friday or not? It’s entirely possible it could happen, and if it does it will last the 33~ days until Trump takes office so he can “save” the government by passing a bill. It’s the standard GQP playbook, cause a problem, “fix” it, take credit.
