James Woods even came back, (and willingly took s pay cut, because it was a lower budget series) as he loved being Hades.

That’s something I noticed as well, I thought that maybe when she is revealed as the villain her contacts would fall out to reveal her real eyes or something, something similar to say when King Candy is revealed to be Turbo.

I finally finished watching “Luca”.

Ercole is now the fourth Pixar villain whom I despise with a passion and wish I could reach into the screen and strangle, the others being Lotso (Toy Story 3), Ernesto de la Cruz (Coco) and Evelyn Deavor (Incredibles 2).

I just bought a bluray/dvd of Oliver and Company. I’ve been listening to its soundtrack a lot lately. Looking forward to watching it again.

I love that movie, even if it is a bit 1980s dated. (But that’s kinda why I like it, as I like old stuff. Heck, I like Groucho Marx.)

My older sister had an older kiddy book adaption of it, but it left out the whole “Fagan owes an evil loan shark Sykes money” subplot, (Sykes, and his dogs are never even seen in the book.)

It’s funny how old Disney books were more “toned down” than the actual movie.

I have a reproduction of the very first book adaption of Lady and the Tramp where they keep a ton of scenes in that were omitted from later book adaptions. The scene where Tramp takes Lady to the zoo to have her muzzle removed by a beaver, as well as their later argument, are removed from all newer retellings, and I can say this with certainty as I have had three books of the movie.

It’s funny how they have to censor some things in book & merch adaptions, and such.

Some things are understandable, like Scar’s demise in Lion King. The video games, storybooks, and such just imply he dies after falling off Pride Rock, but we all know in the movie he suffers a more gruesome, and ironic fate. I guess the movies get away with stuff more, because they’re only briefly on screen, but in a book you can see it for hours.
