It looks like the only real difference between them is that I left the shadow in the crotch area, because otherwise it might show a hoof or something behind which would make it look like your OC was “sitting on” any OC behind it, but otherwise it looks like both versions are pretty much 6 of one and half a dozen of another :)

I think I’ll leave it to his owner to decide which to use for the collab. The collab tag should be removed from the one that isn’t going to be used to avoid confusion.

Is the transparency for me and my friends entry ok?  
I think there might be a few small white edges, but IDK if they will be noticeable or not in the finished pic

Oh, I see what you mean - it’s like just the tiniest hairline of white around the figures. Looks like maybe antialiasing gone awry.
 
I cut it down as far as I could: this one should have less of a hairline around it. Please check it out and let me know if you’d like it shaved tighter.
 

 
Whether those kinds of “white haze” outlines matter depend on what Joey does in the comp, and after it’s reduced to fit on the site there’s a good chance that 3 pixels of white outline will simply be averaged out and disappear.
 
But just zapping them as much as possible before he starts working on the image hopefully will make his job easier.
