From what I remember, that specific shot of ponyville hasn’t been used in years. Either time travel stuff, or more likely they just forgot to update it.
Well….When pony world twilight showed up at the very end, she did mention that she has been going through a time loop incident. And it has been hinted that the Season finale will involve Starlight Glimmer using time travel to change the past and thus alter the present.
