Other people mentioning that the speculated flutterbro episode was going to be Brotherhooves Social which aside from the plot synopsis being what I just mentioned, they also pointed out that mac and bloom basically took the parts that were flutterspeculated.

We don’t know that. The episode has yet to air. For all we know, Big Mac’s participation could lead to the town hosting a legit brotherhooves social, and that’s when we (maybe fleetingly) meet Flutterbro.
That was busted a while back. Its going to be Big Mac and Applebloom, not Fluttershy and her possibly nonexistant brother.
Perhaps that could be some other relative of Fluttershy’s, like an aunt or a sister? :)
Could be just a work of fine art or her in some getup from her model days.
