Positively Pink was a part of the “A Very Pony Place” set: Positively Pink, Two For the Sky and Come Back Lily Lightly. Unless I miss something (or unfairly ignore the Tea Party live musical play, which happened later), this set is the last classic (i.e. not Core Seven) G3 thing ever.
 
Which I find brilliant, because according to the music portion of the credits sequence (which all three stories share), Come Back is the last one, and it happens at night - as if G3 as a whole goes to sleep with that. DVD order and Wikipedias and all that fluff may list Positively Pink as the last one, but I consider the credits to be more trustworthy.
 
Again, this all comes from a man who had absolutely no experience with G3 when it was in prime, so I may be all sorts of wrong.

Is it? I thought Positively Pink came before the movies and before Two For the Sky and those.

Not sure what is wrong with Derpibooru, at one time, G3 images get decent responses and at other times it’s full of the usual ‘kill it with fire’/‘pink menace’/etc trash talking scumbags.

Positively Pink hardly is “early G3”.  
I think it was one of the last things from G3 before they went Core Seven, even.

They were trying to be a lot more hip in early G3, even more so in parts of A Charming Birthday. It really wasn’t working, and I’m glad they stopped.

The same is true of older gen lines too, + any pony toy that has molded hair too.

One thing that 3.5 actually improved on from the initial G3 stuff is actually giving each character unique manes and tails so they weren’t all just palette swaps of each other.
