Now that I’m thinking back on it, I think Marle went with a prism helm, she could always remove status effects from others so they didn’t really need it that much.
Also Blaze Kick is an absolute monster of an dual tech, once you get high enough in levels there isn’t any point in using it though…. it will quickly do 9,999 damage.
Prism all the way for me. Status immunity is better^^
My favorite team was always Crono, Frog, Ayla. The 3D Attack combo strike hurts a lot, plus Ayla and Crono can perform the Falcon Strike.

Oh what was your favorite 3 to use? Mine was Ayla, Marle, and Lucca.
Probbaly, but the best stuff on the SNES is Prism gear and Moon Armor for Crono, Robo & Frog.
I did this in the DS version, though that has equipment superior to the Prism stuff.
Heh, yeah. I played New Game + until all chars were Lvl 99 and had full Prism Equipment^^
I used to have the SNES version. I played that game so much. I got to the point where I once heard someone else playing it in the room next to me and just from the sound, I knew that they were at the End of Time, it was their first time there, and it was a new game +.
I had the SNES version imported. SNES Chrono Trigger was never released in germany, so I had to snatch it another way - and I never, not even once regretted the expense.
I grew up with this game, and the DS version was spectacular.
I love this game. One of Squaresoft’s best games.
