It doesn’t say “not rated for all ages”, it says “Not Rated - For All Ages”, as in, it’s suitable for all ages; which is WHY it isn’t rated. :)
Zero. This is the last hurray for G3, the ponies were allowed to have flaws, ponies lied upfront to an authority figure to save their bacon, and their initial ‘let’s be friends’ speech FAILED to sway Whimsy.
Admittedly I wasn’t a kid when I first watched Twinkle Wish Adventure, but I actually enjoyed it. Though I think Spike (any gen version of him) would be less-than-impressed by the dragon in TWA… :P
