And then I got a PS4 and now I want Blu-rays
In twenty years of buying CDs and DVDs, I’ve never had a single one break or otherwise become unplayable.
The disk will only break if you can’t take care of shit. Physical media is far superior than downloads will ever be, because you can have that shit uncompressed without needing to take up a lot of hard drive space.
And if the disk breaks then things you paid for disappear.
But to each there own.
I personally still prefer to rip my media old-school. I have had one too many issues with DRM where if my hard drive goes boom things I paid for disappeared. I’d rather have a physical copy I can tear stuff off of.
and tiny pop.

What?! On what channel?
The main market for the DVDs are children, and children don’t care about 1080p.
Blu-Ray discs also cost more to produce.
I was thinking the same thing.
Then again, I have a working turntable, cassette deck, and several vacuum-tube radios. :3
it is aired in the UK
I would rather have it remain aired only in America and Canada than get dubbed to local languages other than Japanese. The Indonesian dubbing of Masha and the Bear sounds greatly disappointing. It makes some Indonesian bronies, including me, wish it didn’t get dubbed in Indonesian if it did get aired in Indonesia.
If they were released on Blu-ray, like RR was, I’d buy that.
Damn it Hasbro. I have money, you have something I want. Surely we can make a deal.
Not after Bronycon..
Almost; “Bet this won’t be available on Bluray in the UK either, like Rainbow Rocks. :(
My goodness Hasbro, don’t you WANT my money?”
