wood fired pizza oven can get up to 800F easy, and it’s like $800 fully assembled. or just some brick / heat resistent cement / weird space age insulation / clay if you make it yourself.

It is possible to 1) get ovens that get to 850-900 degF, and 2) with that, get a pizza cooked in 90 seconds.
