This is such an old artwork now that it honestly embarrasses me. I may request to have it removed. I was really cringe when I was a kid.

yeah, a much brighter red and blue. what you have here is a super dark burgundy and a darker blue. and like I said, he usually wears overalls, whereas you’ve given him a black shirt and a jacket with a huge collar which gives the impression that you’re trying to make him look super baddass/edgy or something

I think plaid is a very “in” style for people… Emos don’t wear bright plaid clothing… Mario’s colors are black, red, and blue… You pony people prefer pink and purple?

Well then that’s why people are so pissy and ignorant here. Great to see a supposedly “loving and tolerating” community is so rude and unaccepting. Really says something about this site.
oh, and crossover shipping is also very unpopular here, with a few exceptions. so that’s another reason for downvotes.

it’s the color scheme and clothes. the dark red jacket over the black shirt just screams edgy/emo.
plus, black+red in general is a very looked down upon color scheme around here(and elsewhere, I’m pretty sure)
Also, what’s emo about him? That red mark was a scar I had on his cheek for a while in the past because of a fight with Bowser.
