Yup. That is a slice of lemon and the colour of the drink is like the lemon’s colour.
That is still one of the greatest horrid puns ever made.
A Screwdriver is just vodka and orange juice. The image used for reference only comes close since the colours are so saturated that it looks a bit more yellow than orange. The orange on the other drink clearly shows that it’s a lemon slice on Doctor Whooves’ and most likely a lemon based drink.
