Don’t let people like that take advantage of you. Too many artists undercharge or are shamed into giving free art. The advertisment here is done fine, what you’re doing is fine. Don’t let people make you feel bad. Patreon is the best thing to happen to artists and you deserve every penny.  
I mean, I’m not into this gross human fetish stuff so I won’t be giving you any money, but it does look nicely drawn. I don’t see anything that needs changing. Checking your patreon page, prices look fair.

Put the links in descriptions and such. Have a URL on the bottom of the image. Mainly not make it so blatant like this pic.

I’d say the best way to do it is to not post images to other sites if their only purpose is to serve as an advertisement, especially if you cover most of the image with a text requesting donations.
 
How about this: Post one of the exclusive images to other sites (as a sort of “here’s what you’ll get if you support me”), with a link to your patreon in the description.

It’s because of the “LOL SUPPORT ME” overlay you did here instead of actually showing the picture. It’s like “Patreon or die”….

Well the point of the Patreon is to support my Out of Work Derpy blog and the NSFW drawing was a bonus to supporters.
 
I thought people here might be interested in the drawing but I didn’t realize it would be taken so poorly. Sorry about that. I won’t post stuff like this here anymore.
