Well I don’t know what the Flimflams did illegally, and nobody caught Gilda.
How about Flim, Flam, Gilda. They broke the law, all Trixie did was fib about beating a bear and showed off, which rainbow dash does in every episode, and legally purchase an ancient amulet which forced her to enslave a town.
Untouchable by most means, was socially outcast in lawless dimension until she saved the day, is a princess.

Twilight caused a whole town to go crazy, and they were quick to forgive her. Trixie deserves some slack.
Aside from the usual inconvenience, just the same old Trixie I guess. :p
So, by Equestrian standards, she hasn’t done anything.
Theft.
Assault.
Usurpation.
Unlawful confinement.
Illegal possession of a dark magic artifact.
And that was just over one or two days.
I guess Twilight still had to get even with Trixie despite forgiving her XD
A few cases of breaking and entering, one or two counts of vandalism, one or two counts of minor physical harm, a count of locking a princes out of her own vessel, squatting on private property, and a count of chewing on the friendship keys during the Tirek incident.
All in all, Trixie stands accused of being a significant inconvenience. Her insistence on lying all over the paperwork for the cease and desist order almost got her accused of obstructing justice.
