This new episode was so overwhelming with pandering! I still enjoyed it, but maybe the shipping goodness could have been spread out a bit more to allow me to make more art. So many ponies, so little time!
Also, today’s episode gave me a new head canon. Agent Bon Bond, CIA, was assigned to blend in with ponyville and take out an enemy spy. Little did she know, that same spy was after her, and neither knew of the other’s concealed identity! That other spy… Captain Lyra Sputnik, KGB.

The pun doesn’t really work because Bon-Bon is her civilian cover name. She identifies herself as Sweetie Drops.
So who the hay pointed a gun at Bon Bon?
I always figured this perspective was from the barrel of the bad guy’s boomstick, don’t ask me why it bleeds when shot. >_>

(Actually fits in with canon too, as Lyra was in Canterlot in episode 1 (Twilight runs past her on the way to the library), and she’s in Ponyville for the rest of the series.
