Doomie can refer to two changelings: The one that imitated Pinkie Pie, and the ‘giddy smiling’ one as demonstrated below.
 
It’s arguably a much better name than “Good Guy Ling”.
 
A notable details seems to be that the Changeling is rather small compared to the adult ponies, and seated where all the foals are…

a name should be something to differentiate them from others but not be a sentence could you imagine trying use that name “hey did you see good guy ling at the party last night?” its just way too long. it feels like your using their first middle and last name every time you talk about them. if you want him to be a “good changeling” come up with a word or two that depicts that like “Shipshape, sweetheart, turn around, or new leaf. I’m sure someone with a little more time and effort could well surpass the few names I got off a thesaurus in 5min.
