It’ll depend on how creative I’m feeling when I get onto making it. Honestly, goo satyrs are damned hard to make. This is really the only pose that seems to work with them.

Though if you really want an explanation, let’s just say the offspring make him super stretchy and resilient as long as they’re inside. That way they can grow to be big and healthy without things getting messy!
