Reasonable range in my admittedly biased book.
Impressive contents aside, that’s one neat top design Taco Siren’s rocking. Nifty TV-glow optic reflection as well.
Possibility 1: Commissioner asked Scorp to give them big boobs.
Possibility 2: Scorp likes/prefers to draw girls with big boobs. (a.k.a. “Author Appeal”)
Possibility 3: Both of the above are true. Artists aren’t often commissioned to work very far outside their norm.
